Annual Report

Our Annual Report looks at how well we performed against our purpose and aims and celebrates some of our many achievements and success stories over the last financial year (April - March).

The Annual Report is organised into our six aims. Against each aim the report includes the main headlines for the year, a short narrative about recent developments, key data and case studies. Topics in this year's Annual Report include:

  • A look back at our response to cardiac arrests in support of the North West Ambulance Service and a look forward to our Survival Academy which aims to create a city of life-savers
  • Our work with Greater Manchester Police on initiatives such as Operation Challenger to crackdown on modern slavery
  • A look at some of our major incidents including wide-area flooding and the Maple Mill fire
