Disused pub fire - Trafford Park - June 8, 2017

At 1.37am on Thursday (June 8) crews were called to a fire in Trafford Wharf Road, Trafford Road, to a building fire.
Six fire engines attended reports of a building well alight and on the arrival of the first crews, they discovered it was a disused pub.
The first floor and roof of the building (measuring 20m by 30m) was well alight. Firefighters tackled the fire with jets and hose reels and an aerial platform was used to assist.
The incident has been scaled down as of 5.30am this morning but a number of crews and fire officers are still on scene continuing to extinguish pockets of fire.
A fire investigation will tale place into the cause of the fire.
