The Treacle safe4autumn campaign is a multi agency initiative aimed at preventing, tackling and protecting against anti social behaviour, criminal damage and harm reduction during the Halloween and Bonfire period across Greater Manchester. Treacle partners include Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, Greater Manchester Police,Local Authority Trading Standards, Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and the Health and Safety Executive. Poster Competition WINNERS!
A poster competition was organised by Greater Manchester Police and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service as part of the Treacle Partnership to reinforce Halloween, Fireworks and Bonfire messages, children in year 7 were invited to take part in the poster competition. The prizes for winners in each Local Authority Area and also for the whole of Greater Manchester were selected and awarded on Mon. 2nd Nov 2009 at Manchester Town Hall. More details...
