Life Skills is a programme for young people who are on the fringe of committing crime. The scheme involves different organisations and community groups, including Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service. Buildings at risk

In this interview Community Fire Safety Officer Philip Wright discusses how a partnership between Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and Tameside Council has been formed to identify derelict, unoccupied or dilapidated buildings in the area which may be at risk of being targeted by arsonists.
