Who should attend?
Groups of employees needing to gain an understanding and practical experience of the safe use of ladders. Participants will be expected to have had some manual handling training prior to the course.
What are the aims of the course?
This course is designed to give participants an understanding of the appropriate safety checks to carry out prior to ladder use, use of different ladders for different tasks and to give practical experience of using a ladder.
What is covered on the course?
The course includes both theory and practical sessions on the use of ladders and participants will be expected to take part in a ladder exercise.
Individual certificates are issued and these are valid for 12 months.
How long does the course last?
Approximately three hours.
How much does it cost?
£550 (+VAT) per group (minimum six, maximum 10).

The course is held at our Training Centre.
