Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service believe that our policies and procedures should be readily available to the people we interact with. We want to help and encourage you to understand our requirements.

Understanding how we work and how we arrive at certain decisions will help you to meet your obligation more easily.

All our policies and procedures aim to ensure that we behave in an appropriate manner and all the actions we take are proportionate and meaningful.
