GMFRS publish items of spend over £500
As part of the transparency arrangements for local government recommended by Eric Pickles MP, Minister for Communities and Local Government, we are providing information where we have spent more than £500.
At Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service we believe that in order to be transparent, we should release as much information as soon as possible and so we are now publishing details of invoices over £500 on a monthly basis.
The reports list where the charge to a specific spending area is greater than or equal to £500 and their publication form part of our commitment to be open and transparent. Payments exclude VAT, as we are showing cost to local taxpayer.
