SHORTLISTING SUB-COMMITTEE – 14 FEBRUARY 2008
Members are reminded there will be a meeting of the Shortlisting Sub-Committee on Thursday 14th February 2008, commencing at 8.45 a.m. in the CFO’s Conference Room, Fire Service Headquarters, Swinton. The agenda is as follows:

1. Apologies for Absence:

2. Minutes: To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 4th January 2007

3. Exclusion of the Public: The Sub-Committee is asked to consider whether by resolution (draft attached) to exclude the public from the meeting during the item of business marked with an ‘E’ reference because of the possibility of the disclosure of exempt information.

4. Declaration of Interests: Members are requested to consider whether they have any interest to declare in relation to any item of business on the agenda.

E.1 Selection of Shortlist – Area Manager B: To select a shortlist of candidates for two posts of Area Manager B, Fire Safety and Central Service Delivery.
