PERSONNEL COMMITTEE – 21 FEBRUARY 2008
There will be a meeting of the Personnel Committee on Thursday, 21st February, 2007 commencing at 10.30 a.m. in the Phoenix Room, Fire Service Headquarters, Swinton. The agenda is as follows:
1. Apologies for Absence
2. Minutes: To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 1st November 2007
3. Declaration of Interests: Members are requested to consider whether they have any interest to declare in relation to any item of business on the agenda.
4. Exclusion of the Public: The Committee is asked to consider whether by resolution (draft attached) to exclude the public from the meeting during the items of business marked with an ‘E’ reference because of the possibility of the disclosure of exempt information.
5. Appeals Sub-Committee: To receive the minutes of the meetings held on 12th and 28th November 2007.
6. Shortlisting Sub-Committee: To receive the minutes of the meeting held on 14th February 2008 (to follow)
7. Pilot Volunteers Scheme – Trafford: Presentation on volunteers Community Action Team currently being piloted in Trafford Borough
