PERSONNEL COMMITTEE – 1 NOVEMBER 2007
There will be a meeting of the Personnel Committee on Thursday, 1st November, 2007 commencing at 10.30 a.m. in the Phoenix Room, Fire Service Headquarters, Swinton. The agenda is as follows:
1. Apologies for Absence
2. Minutes: To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 20th September 2007
3. Declaration of Interests: Members are requested to consider whether they have any interest to declare in relation to any item of business on the agenda.
4. Exclusion of the Public: The Committee is asked to consider whether by resolution (draft attached) to exclude the public from the meeting during the items of business marked with an ‘E’ reference because of the possibility of the disclosure of exempt information.
5. Membership of Sub-Committees /Consultative Committees: To review the membership for the following sub-committees etc. in the light of an anticipated change to the Authority membership:
a) Appeals Sub-Committee
b) Shortlisting/Appointments Sub-Committees
c) Joint Liaison Committee (uniformed staff)/Local Joint Consultative Committee (non-uniformed staff)
