FINANCE AND GENERAL PURPOSES COMMITTEE - 27 SEPTEMBER 2007

There will be a meeting of the Finance and General Purposes Committee on Thursday, 27th September, 2007 commencing at 10.30 a.m. in the Phoenix Room, Fire Service Headquarters, Swinton.  The agenda is as follows:

  1. Apologies for Absence
  2. Minutes:  To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 16th August, 2007
  3. Declaration of Interests:  Members are requested to consider whether they have any interest to declare in relation to any item of business on the agenda.
  4. Exclusion of the Public:  The Committee is asked to consider whether by resolution (draft attached) to exclude the public during the item of business marked with an 'E' reference because of the possibility of the disclosure of exempt information
